Frequently Asked Questions
What material are your 3D prints made from?
All of our products are printed in either PETG or PLA from various vendors.
With the exception of certain outdoor items which will usually be made of ABS
What is your processing time?
All of our products will require 1 week minimum, there is a chance the order will be done sooner.
After placing your order, do not expect an update for 1-2 weeks. If the processing time will exceed 2 weeks, you will receive a communication from us.
How long will shipping take?
We only ship in the US, the shipping time will typically be 2-4 days.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we take requests all the time, simply fill out the "Contact us" form.
This ranges from a custom helmet you do not see listed, a custom 3d printed part you saw online, send us your inspiration and we will let you know if it is within our expertise!
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, if you plan on purchasing a large quantity of items, please reach us via the contact us form.
We can work out a deal via email and or phone call.
